Yoga at MLD

The Beginners Foundation 8 Week Yoga Course covers the fundamentals of Basic Yoga Postures in detail, enabling students to then move onto more advanced classes with a good understanding of the fundamentals. This will set students up to not only make the most of their practice, but to do so safely and with confidence. This is the ideal way to start Yoga and then move on to Casual / General Classes from there.

Beginners Foundations 8 Week Yoga Course

Commences Saturday 16th March 12.00 – 1.00 pm. This course will run for 8 consecutive weeks regardless of public holidays.

8 Week Courses are $140 or $120 if paid by the Early Bird Cut off date of Friday 1st March (Please note that "2 for 1" and multiple course discount apply to Yoga as per our regular courses also.

Yoga Casual / General Classes

These classes run on a casual, pay as you go basis. They are geared for people who have either practiced Yoga before or have completed our Yoga Beginners Foundation Course

Pricing for Casual Classes is either $15 per class or $120 for a 10 class pass which is valid for 3 months
